Vice -President of the Presidential Command Council, Chairman of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Aidarous Qassem Al -Zubaidi, today, the city of Ataq, the capital of Shabwa Governorate, arrived in an inspection visit aimed at reviewing the developmental and service conditions in the governorate, and discussing ways to enhance stability and economic development.

He was received by Major General Al -Zubaidi upon his arrival at Ataq International Airport, the governor of Shabwa Governorate, Awad Muhammad bin Al -Wazir, and a number of local, military and security leaders, in addition to prominent social and tribal personalities, where he received an official reception and a popular hospitality that reflects the great welcome of this visit.

Al -Zubaidi officially launched work at Ataq International Airport, praising the efforts of re -working to him after ten years of stopping.

During his arrival, the Vice -President of the Presidential Command Council expressed his happiness with the visit of Shabwa Governorate, stressing that this visit comes within the framework of the leadership’s keenness to follow the developments closely, determine the needs of citizens, and work to enhance basic services, especially in light of the efforts made to achieve stability and advance the wheel of development.

The Vice -President of the Command Council, Aidarous Al -Zubaidi, indicated that the visit comes within the framework of the Presidential Command Council’s orientation to support the efforts of the local authority to meet the needs of citizens, in addition to creating the appropriate environment to attract investments and achieve economic stability.

For his part, the governor of Shabwa Governorate, Awad Muhammad bin Al -Wazir, expressed his welcome to this visit, stressing that it reflects the interest of the political leadership in the governorate, and enhances hopes in achieving positive developments at the service and economic levels, praising the interest of members of the Command Council, their support and their support for the efforts of the local authority in Shabwa Governorate to achieve stability and development.
