Yemen: The Supreme Committee for Hajj urges the acceleration of payment of fees to ensure a successful Hajj season

The Supreme Hajj Committee held today, Monday, March 17, 2025 AD, its periodic meeting, in the Ministry's general debts in the capital, Aden, headed by the Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah sector and the deputy head of the committee, Dr. Mukhtar bin Al -Khader Al -Rabash Al -Haydmi, to discuss the developments of preparations for the Hajj season 1446 AH.
The meeting focused on urging the pilgrims and the approved installations on the importance of completing the procedures for paying the value of Hajj programs in the specified dates, to ensure the implementation of the necessary arrangements smoothly, and the meeting also recommended the competent authorities in the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank to quickly transfer the pilgrims' amounts to the Holy Land, to complete the contracts with the undertaking authorities to provide services, in order to ensure the provision of all the facilities required for the pilgrims before the start of the season.
Dr. Al -Rabash stressed the importance of completing the preparatory stages according to the specified timetable, with the necessity of continuous coordination between the various entities to ensure that preparations in the Holy Land, whether with regard to hotel towers, subsistence services, or transportation.
The meeting also reviewed the mechanisms for accelerating the deportation of pilgrims ’money to Mecca, and emphasizing the commitment to the necessary vaccines to ensure the safety of pilgrims.
The meeting concluded by stressing the importance of the integration of efforts between all concerned parties, to make the Hajj season successful, and to provide the best services to the guests of Rahman according to the highest standards.
