Aden .. the arrest of a gang that looted citizens through a "tank bus"

Mansoura Police in the capital, Aden, managed to arrest a criminal gang involved in looting the citizens by luring them to the board of a "tank bus", where the gang members close the door as soon as the victim enters, and then carry out theft and fraud.
Colonel Mohamed Omar, Director of the Mansoura Police Station, explained that the gang control process came after receiving several communications from citizens who reported that they were stolen in an organized manner by the gang members.
He added that the police managed to arrest three defendants with precedents, after extensive efforts in investigating and coordinating with the Sheikh Othman police, who played a prominent role in tracking down the perpetrators.
During the investigations, the defendants admitted that they committed several theft operations, in particular targeting women and the elderly, as they were using sharp tools such as the stages and the heads to cut the bags and pockets.
The police also found in their possession a number of temporary numbers and crime tools used to carry out looting.
Colonel Mohamed Omar confirmed that an investigation report has been opened with the accused, and the case will be referred to the competent authorities as soon as the legal procedures are completed to take the necessary measures against them in accordance with the law.
