Houthi -Houthi disputes against the background of cleaning and improvement in Sanaa

A memorandum directed by the Ministry of Finance in the government of the unrecognized Iranian Houthi gang revealed to the Houthi leader Hammoud Abbad appointed by the gang as Secretary of the capital, about differences between the Houthi authorities over the levies of hygiene.
According to the memo, a number of commercial companies complained about the levies imposed by Hammoud Abbad on them under the cleaning item, while they did not touch any cleanliness and improvement in the city.
Al -Houthi’s finances implicitly accused in the memo, that servants steal and loot the money that is brought under the name of hygiene and improvement, and violating previous directives to prevent those levies.
The memo also revealed the existence of Houthi exemptions for companies and commercial stores in Sanaa, which follows its terrorist elements, while forests are imposed under various names on the rest of the companies and shops.
Houthi leaders usually witness severe differences against the background of sharing the looted money that are imposed on merchants, businessmen, shop owners and commercial stalls in their areas of control.
According to a number of shop owners in Sana'a, the Houthi gang imposes fabrics of violation that reaps huge funds from them on the pretext of providing services such as hygiene, improvement and street rehabilitation, and did not carry out any improvements or even raising garbage that remains overwhelmed in the streets and neighborhoods for several days.
