The Supreme Judicial Council stands before the report submitted by the judicial inspection on job discipline

The Supreme Judicial Council held its periodic meeting, today, in the capital, Aden, headed by Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, Chairman of the Council.
The Council listened to the report submitted by the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Dr. Ali Al -Aoum, on his participation in the work of the Executive Office of the General Assembly of the Arab Courts and Constitutional Councils, which was held in the United Arab Emirates with the participation of 16 countries, and the Council praised the participation of our country in this meeting and the election of the Supreme Court as a member of the association's executive office.
The council stood before the report submitted by the Attorney General Qaher Mustafa, for the past year 2024 AD, on the progress of work in the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and public prosecution in the liberated governorates, and the Council praised the efforts made and the achievements achieved in various fields.
The Supreme Judicial Council approved the memo submitted by the Attorney General regarding the lifting of the judicial immunity of one of the judges for committing a behavioral violation while performing his work.
The Council also listened to the report submitted by the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Nazim Bawazir, regarding job discipline after the judicial leave and Eid Al -Fitr vacation, in the various liberated governorates.
The Council looked at a number of grievances submitted by a number of judges and took appropriate decisions and procedures.
The council had discussed and approved its previous minutes.
