The Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah sector discusses with the Saudi Deputy Minister of Hajj the final arrangements for the Hajj season 1446 AH

In the context of the continuous coordination visits, the Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah sector at the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Mukhtar bin Al -Khader Al -Rabash, met today, with His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Abdel -Fattah Mashat, in the city of Jeddah, to discuss the final arrangements related to the Hajj season 1446 AH.
The meeting came with the aim of putting the final touches on all contracts related to providing services to Yemeni pilgrims, according to the Kingdom's development vision in the Department of Hajj Affairs, and in an effort to integrate efforts to automate procedures, enhance technical aspects, and address some technical and administrative inquiries.
Dr. Mukhtar explained that these moves come within the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Awqaf and Guidance, Dr. Muhammad bin Aida, a youth, and his direct supervision of the development steps implemented by the Yemeni Hajj Mission, in a way that keeps pace with the comprehensive institutional transformation in the Hajj system.
During the meeting, Dr. Al -Rabash expressed his deep thanks to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for the great efforts he is serving in serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, appreciating the support and facilities granted to the offices of pilgrims affairs, which contributes to raising the quality of performance and facilitating the performance of the rituals, especially for Yemeni pilgrims who face exceptional conditions due to the conditions that the country is going through.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Abdel -Fattah Mashat praised the remarkable progress in the level of organizing the Yemeni Hajj Mission, and the steps taken by the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance to develop its services and educate pilgrims to the regulations, which helped to enhance discipline and adhere to time programs, praising the great success of the Umrah season this year 1446 AH.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides affirmed their keenness to continue coordination and joint integration, in a manner that ensures the provision of distinguished services, and the achievement of a successful Hajj season that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni pilgrims, within the framework of the ambitious vision of developing the Hajj and Umrah system.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Hajj and Umrah sector, the assistant undersecretary for the sector for services affairs, Mr. Aref Al -Barakani, and the general commissioner on the electronic path, Dr. Moeen Ismail Othman, the Director of Follow -up and Coordination Department, Mr. Saleh Al -Awlaki, the Head of the Follow -up Department, Mr. Muhammad Al -Saidi, while he attended from the Saudi side: Dr. Badr Al -Salami, General Supervisor of Pilgrims Affairs offices, and a number of specialists in the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
