Aden Electricity: Fuel pumping, diesel and diesel exile stopped the crisis

The Director General of the Electricity Corporation - Aden Branch, Eng. Salem Al -Walidi, revealed in an official statement about the real reasons behind the exacerbation of the electricity crisis in the capital, Aden, stressing that the current situation is witnessing unprecedented challenges as a result of several factors outside the will of the institution.
Al -Walidi explained - in his response to criticism leveled at him regarding the absence of the official clarification - that the most prominent reasons for the sharp deterioration in the electricity service are due to:
1. The pumping of crude oil was stopped from a whistle tank, which stopped feeding some stations working in crude oil.
2. The diesel stock (heavy fuel) was completely running out, which caused the Al -Haswa station to stop completely.
3. The diesel stock has run out, which increased the exacerbation of the crisis and the institution's inability to operate the operating stations with this fuel.
Al -Walidi pointed out that as a result of these emergency conditions, a forced legalization system was imposed to generate electricity on all stations, in an attempt to distribute the remaining energy fairly between the various regions, with the full commitment of the institution to make efforts and continuous communication with the relevant authorities to find urgent and sustainable solutions.
