Continuing the previous monitoring and inspection campaigns, the Office of Industry and Trade in the Al -Brega Directorate in the capital, Aden, carried out today, Monday, a control campaign on ovens and bakeries that violate the weights of Ruti in the area of ​​Bir Ahmed.

The Director of the Directorate of Industry and Trade Office in the Directorate, Mr. Abd Rabbo Al -Zuhri, said that the campaign that comes in implementation of the directives of the Director General of the Brega Dr. Salah Al -Shobaji, and the Director General of the Office of Industry and Trade in Aden, Professor Wassim Al -Omari, aims to monitor Al -Ruti weights and seize the violators.

He explained that the campaign was preceded by similar campaigns during the past days to the old market and Banafi and the People's area, during which nine records were edited against ovens and violating bakeries and referred them to the Prosecution of Industry and Trade in the capital, Aden, to take the necessary legal measures.

Al -Zuhri added that the field control campaigns will continue on the ovens in all areas of the directorate in cooperation with the community committees, calling on the brothers the owners of ovens and bakeries to maintain hygiene and not to violate the criteria of discipline or manipulation of the official weight (50 grams) of the Rut disk, confirming the taking of strict legal measures against violators.
