The Specialized Criminal Court in Aden is sentenced to death and imprisonment

The Specialized Criminal Court in Aden held today its public session headed by Judge Yahya Al -Saidi, in the presence of the two judges, Faisal Abdel Hafez and Rami Serb, members of the Public Prosecution, and the presence of Afaf Ali Secretary of the session.
The court issued a number of rulings in two cases of subscription to an armed gang and a participation in a gang belonging to the Houthi terrorist militia.
In case No. 66 of the year 1440 AH, the verdict came as follows:
First: The conviction of the defendants is the first accused (p
Second: Punishment of the first and second convicts by execution.
Third: The innocence of both the third defendant (AA) and the fourth accused (SAAA) with what was attributed to him in the accusation decision. In Criminal Case No. 52 of 1446 AH, the verdict came as follows:
First: A condemnation of the defendants the first accused (FA) and the second accused (M.AA) with what was attributed to them in the accusation decision.
B: Punishment of those convicted of execution.
Second: The conviction of the third defendant (AAA) with what was attributed to him in the accusation decision the first and sixth paragraph, and we will punish him with a seven years.
Third: The conviction of the fourth defendant (A.A.H.) with what was attributed to him in the accusation decision in the first and eighth paragraph and punishing him with a seven -year prison imprisonment.
Fourth: The confiscation of all seizures
Fifth: The innocence of the fifth defendant (A.A.H.) with what was attributed to him in the accusation decision, with the restoration of all of the seizures.
