Al-Alimi discusses with the ambassadors of the Emirates and Egypt the latest developments in the situation in Yemen

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, discussed today, Sunday, with the ambassadors of the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, the latest developments in the situation in Yemen.
The meeting touched on bilateral relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and the promising prospects for strengthening them in various fields.
The meeting also touched on national and regional developments, including the efforts of brothers and friends to stop the war, end the suffering of the Yemeni people, and launch a comprehensive political process.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council praised the strong bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, the leading role of the United Arab Emirates in the Arab coalition, and its development and humanitarian interventions to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
In the meeting with the Egyptian Ambassador, the Egyptian Ambassador conveyed the greetings of his brother, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and his wishes to the Yemeni people for security, stability, and peace.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and the honorable Egyptian position alongside the Yemeni people and their republican system.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Office of the Head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Saleh Al-Maqaleh.
