He met today, Wednesday, the Attorney General Qaim Mustafa Ali, the head and members of the specialized criminal prosecution, in the presence of the first public lawyer of the Republic, Judge Fawzi Ali Saif, at the Public Prosecution Office in Aden.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Attorney General stressed the importance of the specialized criminal prosecution, its role in work and the judicial corps, and where the meeting dealt with the judicial work in the specialized criminal prosecution, the conditions of work in the prosecution and the cases pending the Prosecution Prosecution and Appeal and the late cases of them, as he emphasized the prosecution’s follow -up to the work and raising them first.

For his part, the first public attorney of the Republic, Judge Fawzi Ali Saif, touched on the importance of the investigation procedures in an accurate and detailed manner to reach an adaptation of the facts in a corresponding way to the law, in addition to the importance of pleading before the specialized criminal court after the imam, the case, as a fruitful and productive to issue deterrent judicial rulings against the perpetrators with the importance of sharing the opinion when addressing the cases with the head of the prosecution.
