Aden Electricity: A partial return to the president's station .. The long interruption hours are continuing due to a lack of fuel

The President (Petromsila) power station returned to service partially this evening, Wednesday, after its departure from service yesterday evening, as a result of a disturbance in the catering of crude oil, and despite this return, the capital, Aden, is still suffering from a severe electricity crisis and long hours of power due to the severe shortage of obstetric fuel.
According to the updates of the situation until eight thirty in the evening, Wednesday, the President's station entered partly at 7:30 pm, and its productive capacity is expected to increase gradually, but it will continue to work at a low level due to the scarcity of crude oil fuel.
The programmed hours of interruption continued high throughout the day; Where it reached 10 hours in the day, and with sunset and solar power plants exit from service, the deficit increased significantly to reach the hours of interruption to 14 hours, and with the partial return of the president's station, the deficit is expected to stabilize at a level ranging from 10 to 11 hours of interruption, which is still high and depends significantly on the available fuel quantities.
The total generation capacity during the day reached about 170 MW, decreased at night to 85 MW before the return of the president's station, with a limited improvement later expected, and Mansoura stations (50 MB), the government stadium (13 MB), Shahinaz (13 MB), Khor Maksar (5 MB), and the "Inter Solar" stations in the stadium and Hajar (4 MB Combined), while the main solar power plant (85 MB) came out with sunset.
Government diesel stations continue to reduce their production due to the acute shortage of diesel fuel, and the electricity situation in Aden remains fragile and threatening to deteriorate in the event that the arrival of crude oil and diesel shipments is delayed or the president's station is unable to work at full capacity.
