In a new security strike, the security belt forces in the Sabiha directorates managed to thwart the attempt to smuggle 14 people who were seeking to leave the country illegally across the coast of Ras Al -Ara.
Al -Sabiha belt operations reported that the arrested people descended from areas under the control of the Houthi militia, and they were trying to escape using smuggling routes away from official outlets, in coordination with local smuggling networks, and preliminary information indicates that some of them are linked to Houthi leaders trying to escape abroad for fear of targeting US air strikes.
The belt operations confirmed that the operation came as a result of an accurate follow -up to the intelligence communications, in the context of the continuous efforts to secure the coasts and ports and pursue smuggling and outlaw elements.
She stressed that the security campaigns will continue at a high pace, with all necessary measures to enhance security and stability in all the Sabiha directorates, confirming that the security hand will remain on the lookout for everyone who begged themselves to tamper with the security of the south.
