The Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Hadhramaut Coast, Mr. Ahmed Badros, met yesterday morning in his office with a delegation of members of the Labor Problems Program headed by lawyer Ahed Al-Kasadi, which is implemented by the Department of Rights and Freedoms of the Socialist Party Organization in Hadhramaut Governorate.

At the meeting, Director General Badros welcomed the attendees, appreciating the efforts made by the program members to contribute to solving labor problems and welcoming the outputs and proposals put forward by the members to facilitate the difficulties facing the workers.

The meeting reviewed a report on the outcomes of the workshop that took place in March 2023, in which the General Federation of Trade Unions and representatives of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor participated, and discussed the most prominent problems suffered by workers in the Hadhramaut coast.

At the meeting, proposals were made about the mechanisms through which the Department of Rights and Freedoms in the party organization in the governorate would intervene, in advance with the office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the General Federation of Trade Unions in Hadhramaut, and the necessary implementation mechanisms for the proposals and outcomes of the meeting.
