The National Meteorological Center expected thunderstorms of varying and sporadic thunderstorms during the coming hours, a number of mountainous governorates in the country.

The center explained in its air deployment that the rain will include the governorates of Taiz, Ibb, Rima, Al -Mahwit, Hajjah, and West Sanaa, with the possibility of extension to include parts of Saada, Imran, Dhamar, Al -Dhalea, Al -Bayda, in addition to the highlands of Lahj, Abyan, and Shabwa.

The center called on the citizens in those areas to be cautious and cautious against the flow of torrents in the reefs and valleys, and clay slides, as well as the decrease in horizontal visibility due to thunderstorms and precipitation.

The drivers and residents of the mountainous areas also warned to take the necessary precautions, and urged the concerned authorities to take appropriate measures to reduce the possible effects.
