The Judicial Authority Grievances Committee sets the last date for accepting grievance requests

Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Nazem Bawazir, chaired today the regular meeting of the Grievances Committee of judges and employees of the judicial authority in the Judicial Complex in the capital, Aden.
The committee reviewed a number of grievances and requests submitted by some judges and administrators and eligibility for promotions and settlements in order to submit them to the Supreme Judicial Council to take the necessary measures in accordance with the law.
Judge Nazem Bawazir indicated that the committee is continuing its efforts to consider all the grievances submitted to it in order to quickly submit its results to the Supreme Judicial Council, calling on all judges and administrators who wish to file a grievance about their entitlement to the judicial rank to expedite submitting their grievance to it.
The committee decided to set the last date for accepting grievances on 12/3/2023 AD, and they must be submitted to the office of the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority.
The meeting discussed a number of topics on its agenda and took appropriate measures regarding them, as approved by its previous minutes.
