Today, the handover and reception of the command of the 2nd Coastal Defense Brigade took place in Mukalla between the predecessor commander, Major General Pilot Fayez Mansour Al-Tamimi, and the successor commander, Brigadier General Saeed Ahmed Baqoud, under the supervision of the Ministry of Defense committee headed by Brigadier General Naji Abbas, Deputy Head of the Operations Authority.

During the handover and reception, words of congratulations and welcome were exchanged between the predecessor and successor commanders, thanking them for the concerns of the military leadership, represented by the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff, towards the leadership of the Second Military Region and its units, including the Second Coastal Defense Brigade.

Al-Tamimi and Baqoud stressed the importance of implementing the decisions of the political and military leadership and everything that would strengthen the building of the armed forces on solid and solid professional foundations.
