A number of residents of the City of Al -Shaab in the Brega district in the capital, Aden, filed repeated complaints due to the constant interruption in the service of the Internet provided by the company "Aden Net", which caused their daily interests to be disrupted and negatively affected their educational and vocational activities.

Citizens explained that the Internet service is witnessing repeated interruptions during the day without warning, stressing that the problem has been going on for weeks without any official clarification from the company providing the service, despite their continuous communication with the technical support teams and not obtaining radical solutions.

The families demanded the relevant authorities and the company "Aden Net" to assume their responsibilities and improve the quality of service in the region, especially since the Internet has become an essential necessity in daily life, stressing the need for technical control and transparent achievement about the reasons for interruption and treating them urgently
