Sira Court requires the death of the convict to kill the young Akram Adel by shot

The Sirah Court of First Instance held its public session, headed by Judge Nizar Al -Samman, the head of the court, in the presence of the representative of the Public Prosecution, Judge Ahmed Abdullah, and the Secretary Zaki Basil in the murder of the victim, Akram Adel Salem Saleh.
The verdict came after the closure of the chapter on the pleading and seized the case to pronounce the ruling as follows:
First: Refusing the payment submitted by the lawyer of the accused of the failure of the crime and refused to request the amendment of the registration and the description of the act assigned to the accusation decision to the unintended error.
Second: The conviction of the accused (A.A.M.) for the murder of the victim, Akram Adel Salem, intentionally.
Third: The punishment for the death penalty was punished by a penalty of bullets to death for the intention of the victim intentionally.
Fourth: Obliging the convict to pay an amount of three hundred thousand Yemeni riyals for the blood of the victim’s blood in exchange for the expenses of litigation.
Fifth: The Public Prosecution request refused to confiscate the crime tool (the weapon used).
At the end of the session, the court granted the accused and his lawyer the right to appeal the ruling before the Court of Appeal.
