A qualitative spoil for the most important land supporters in the liberated governorates

The Undersecretary of Al -Mahra Governorate for Technical Affairs, Engineer Awad Ahmed Keebzan, inaugurated the automatic system in the customs of the Al -Bari shipping port, in the presence of the Director of Customs, Mr. Thabet Awad Mubarak, and the Director of the Office of Public Works and Roads, Eng. Khaled Al -Emad, and a number of specialists in the Customs Authority.
This inauguration comes in implementation of the directives of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Salem Saleh bin Brik, as part of the Customs Authority plan in updating customs systems, and moving to digital transactions, in line with global technical developments, and in order to reduce paper transactions.
The agent, Quesan, explained that the new system "Customs Empile", which started its official operation today, is a qualitative shift in improving and facilitating the procedures for crossing passengers, by adopting automated inspection techniques via smart devices such as iPad and mobile, which contributes to reducing time and alleviating the burdens on travelers and visitors.
For his part, the Director of Customs Customs, Professor Thabet Awad Mubarak, expressed his great thanks and appreciation to the State of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and to the Customs Authority leadership, and the local authority in Al -Mahra Governorate represented by His Excellency Professor Muhammad Ali Yasser, for their continuous support for infrastructure projects and digital transformation in the customs of shipping, stressing that these projects enhance the competitiveness of the port with his counterparts in neighboring countries, and support improving the efficiency of customs work according to the latest Standards.
This achievement reflects the keenness of the local authority in Al -Mahra and the management of a cargo customs to adopt digital transformation, despite the challenges facing customs outlets under the current circumstances, and is an important step in the course of full automation of customs procedures and transactions.
At the end of the inauguration, the governor’s undersecretary, Awad Quezan, and the Director General of Customs Customs, honored Mr. Thabet Awad, Eng. Akram Al -Sharabi, in appreciation of his distinguished efforts in the completion and operation of the automated system, and its effective role in making the project successful and achieving its technical and procedural goals.
