Three civilians were injured this evening, in a failed raid to arrest a wanted man in the Al-Sanafer neighborhood in Aden.

Eyewitnesses said that a large security force, which included military crews and armored vehicles, raided a gym in the Al-Sanafer neighborhood, searching for the wanted man, called “Al-Raghwa.”

The witnesses added that the security force fired heavy bullets at the gym, wounding three civilians, one of them a child, in addition to material damage to the gym and shops in the area.

Witnesses reported that the security force failed to arrest the wanted man, who fled.

The people called on the security authorities to open an investigation into the incident, reveal its circumstances, and bring those involved to justice.
