World Food announces shocking news to Yemenis

The World Food Program (WFP) announced the suspension of the distribution of humanitarian aid in all Yemeni governorates; Due to the depletion of funds obtained by the program to conduct its relief activities.
According to relief sources working in the program, the Director of the World Food Program, Mr. David Beasley, sent a letter to all his employees in the Republic of Yemen, in which he informed them of the decision to stop humanitarian aid provided to Yemen, whether cash or food.
The sources said that the letter justified that the reason for this decision was due to the exhaustion of donor funds that were running the program’s activities during the year 2023, and the failure of the program to obtain any additional funding from countries and donors.
