The Shaqsa area in the Yafa District, Abyan Governorate, witnessed on the afternoon of Saturday, 9/9/2023 AD, a tribal reconciliation that ended the case of manslaughter, in which Mr. Abdullah Abdul Salman Al-Muqfali Al-Alawi was killed by an electrical short circuit on the first day of the last Eid Al-Adha, which was caused by an electrical worker, Salah Qassem. A tribal and official delegation arrived at the residence of the victim’s blood guardians in the village of Al-Bahbah in the Shaqsa area, according to tribal customs, arbitrating, liquidating, and fulfilling what happened of the accidental and unintentional killing of the victim, Abdullah Abdul Salman. At the forefront of receiving the delegation was the father, Abdul Salman Hussein. The father of the victim and his children, Sheikh Masoud Nasr Al-Jardami, a large number of relatives, a number of sheikhs and social figures, and a large crowd of people. After welcoming the arrivals, lawyer Abdo Aqeel Othman read the pardon document by the blood relatives of the victim, Mr. Abdullah Abdul Salman Hussein Al-Mughafli Al-Alawi, on behalf of Salah. Qasim Saleh Al-Haij, an electrical employee, was monitored for the unintentional error he caused that led to the death of the victim. Forgiveness and pardon were granted for the sake of God Almighty, according to the Almighty’s saying: (But if you pardon and forgive and forgive, then God is Forgiving and Merciful).
In a humane stance, he expressed authenticity, chivalry, chivalry, and transcendence over wounds, and he shook the feelings of those present and brought tears to his eyes. He hugged the victim’s father, his children, and his relatives, the electrical worker, Salah Qasim Al-Haij, who caused the death of Abdullah Abdul Salman, as an expression of pardoning him for the sake of God.
In the meeting, the attendees expressed their thanks and appreciation to the blood relatives for their humanitarian stance in pardoning the perpetrator, and they also expressed their thanks and appreciation to everyone who sought to end this case, namely:
