The Hebrew newspaper Israel Hayom revealed the details of a new Israeli plan to voluntarily resettle Gaza residents outside the Strip and transfer them to 4 countries in the Middle East

Israel Hayom newspaper revealed the initiative publicly sponsored by US Representative Joey Wilson, which stipulates that the United States will condition the continuation of its economic aid to Egypt, Turkey and Yemen on the condition that residents leave Gaza and settle in its lands

The plan depends on solving the problem that Hamas does not allow refugees to leave, and Egypt does not agree to open its borders, as the initiator of the initiative, Joey Wilson, said: The only moral solution is to ensure that Egypt opens its borders and allows refugees to escape from the control of Israel and Hamas, and accordingly the American government offers Egypt has approximately $1.3 billion in foreign aid, and this money can be allocated to refugees from Gaza who will be allowed to enter Egypt

He added: Egypt should not be the only country that receives refugees, as Iraq and Yemen receive about a billion dollars in American foreign aid, and Turkey receives more than 150 million dollars, and each of these countries receives enough foreign aid, and has a large number of The population is sufficient to be able to absorb refugees, who constitute at least 1% of its population
