Aden Water Corporation hands over the site of the emergency water line replacement project to Sira District

The local water and sanitation corporation in the capital, Aden, represented by the deputy director of the corporation, Engineer Bilal Al-Shaabi, today handed over the site of the emergency water line replacement project to the Sirah District.
The project, which is being implemented by Al-Adimi International Company, with funding from UNICEF and the supervision of the Aden Water Corporation, includes replacing the old line with a new one, a 16-inch polyethylene pipe with a length of 3,200 linear meters from the isthmus in Khormaksar District to the National Bank intersection on Arwa Street, Sira District.< /p>
The popular engineer stressed the importance of the project by using it in case of emergency and any breakage in the main water pipes supplied to the Sirah District, which in turn will contribute to ensuring the continued supply of water to the district.
The handover was attended by the Secretary General of the Local Council, Baseera Awad Mubjar, Engineer Reem Ali, Director of Water Studies and the Corporation’s consultant for the project, Engineer Nguyen Atta, Director of the Coordination Department at the Aden Water Corporation, Projects Manager Nadeem Abdel Wahab, and Engineer Ghassan Fadaq, Director of Water and Sanitation Projects for Urban Cities. And representatives of UNICEF, engineers Khaled Musharra, Raafat Abdel Qader, and Adnan Al Ademi, from the Al-Adimi Company.
