Lamlas stressed, during a meeting held today, Sunday, with Major General Sanad Jamil, Head of the Civil Status Authority, and Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, Director of Aden Security, the importance of developing the work through joint cooperation and integration of efforts between all concerned parties and turning the project into a tangible reality.

The meeting discussed the requirements for the smart card system and the establishment of the project and infrastructure, according to biometric verification systems (fingerprint and photo print (ABIS)) and national number systems in addition to an encryption system to secure data (PKI), a card containing a chip to store information, card diagnostic systems and machines, and providing connectivity. The network.

The meeting reviewed the benefits of the smart card as a secure and tamper-proof means. The information stored in the chip is secured by an encryption system and is protected against tampering and tampering. The smart card can be used in several applications, in addition to the possibility of expanding the services that the citizen can obtain through a flexible means. .

The meeting pointed out that the project will benefit the state by reducing the cost of computing in state departments, generating resources for the state and reducing data duplication, in addition to the possibility of expanding the services provided by service institutions.
