Lahj discusses investment opportunities in recycling plastic waste in the governorate

A meeting in Lahj Governorate, today, headed by the Secretary-General of the Governorate’s Local Council, Awad Al-Salahi, discussed investment opportunities for the private sector in the field of plastic waste recycling in the governorate.
During the meeting, which included the directors of the General Authority for Investment branch, the General Authority for Environmental Protection branch, and the Cleaning and City Improvement Fund in Lahj Governorate, Al-Salahi stressed the importance of encouraging this modern industrial experience globally, and the first at the national level, by preparing the government agencies concerned with the governorate.
He pointed out that the project is considered an advanced qualitative leap for Lahj Governorate, which will benefit it and its residents, in terms of investment, the environment, and the continuity of its appearance with a bright aesthetic view.
