An earthquake hits the Gulf of Aden with a magnitude of 5.7

The European Mediterranean Seismological Center reported that an earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale occurred in the Gulf of Aden off the coast of Yemen and Somalia.
A statement issued by him stated that the epicenter of the earthquake was located 159 kilometers northwest of the city of Laskoray in Somalia, inhabited by 6.9 thousand people, and 258 kilometers east of the city of Aden, inhabited by 550 thousand people.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers. There are still no reports of injuries or damage as a result of the earthquake.
The Early Warning Center for Disasters and Climate Risks in Hadramaut also announced today that a seismic tremor was detected in the Gulf of Aden.
He revealed in a statement that the earthquake struck the Gulf of Aden with a magnitude of 5.7 on the Richter scale at 10:31 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
