Aden...The Road Fund begins the training program to build a certified institutional leader

In continuation of the approach of institutional building and developing the capabilities of human cadres to ensure efficiency when preparing road maintenance projects, to which Eng. Moeen Muhammad Al-Mas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, devotes his greatest attention. Today, the work of the training program entitled (Certified Institutional Leader) began, which is implemented by the main center of the Maintenance Fund. Roads within the ongoing institutional evaluation and development project aimed at achieving efficiency and effectiveness in road maintenance projects.
The training program targets “60” participants, including general managers and employees of all departments in the Road Maintenance Fund, over a period of 8 days across two groups of 30 participants each, during which the trainees are informed of the best practices applied globally to improve and sustain arterial and vital roads across all governorates. Brother Saif Abdul-Bari Al-Radi, Director General of Human Resources, initially expressed his thanks and gratitude to Engineer Moeen Muhammad Al-Mas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, for his continuous support in building the capabilities of the Fund’s cadres and employees.
Al-Radi pointed out the importance of such programs to enrich the information of the work crews and their leadership about the latest international and technical practices implemented around the world in the field of preparing plans and studies for road maintenance projects, indicating the keenness of the leadership of the Fund and the Ministry of Public Works to motivate efforts and direct them towards action. According to a scientific and practical methodology through which the quality, quality and accuracy of work are raised.
The trainer is led by Nabil Al-Hayat, Business Development Consultant - Advisor to the Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors, who will address during the program the participants’ position in front of the most important standards followed globally to ensure the quality of performance in project work and administrative work, in which Al-Hayat emphasized the great efforts through which the Fund seeks to achieve The highest levels of work accuracy when performing projects.
