His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Zaouri, was briefed this morning, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, in his office, on the activities and programs implemented by the Emkan Development Foundation, which contribute to serving the community.

Where His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor heard from Ms. Zubaida Luqman, Executive Director of the Emkan Development Foundation, an explanation of the projects and programs implemented by the Foundation during the year 2023 AD, the last of which was a few days ago, participation in the Solidarity Forum for Development organized by the Al-Awn Foundation, in the city of Mukalla. Funded by the Islamic Bank, under the generous sponsorship and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour.

For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor praised the role played by the Emkan Development Foundation and the activities and programs it implements.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Saleh Mahmoud Hassan, Undersecretary for the Care Sector, and Ms. Fatima Salem, Director of Programs and Projects at Emkan Foundation.
