This came at the conclusion of the training course for preparing the certified institutional leader, which is implemented by the main center of the Road Maintenance Fund within the framework of the continuous institutional evaluation and development project through which the Fund’s leadership aspires to achieve efficiency and effectiveness when planning road maintenance projects.
One of the most prominent things that the Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized to the participants in the course, which targets general directors of departments and employees of the Fund, is the continuity of searching for everything new in the arena of road rehabilitation and maintenance, starting from the preparation of detailed studies and designs until their implementation and implementation, pointing out the importance of working with one’s hands. One linking the joints of work within the Fund, indicating the importance of each individual and employee of the Road Fund in raising the quality of work.

The course, within the training program, targeted “60” participants from general managers and department employees in the Fund, divided into two groups of 30 participants each over a period of 8 days, during which the trainees are informed of the standards followed internationally to ensure quality performance, while improving administrative work to achieve the highest levels.
