The Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, directed the implementation of the second phase of establishing and rehabilitating the Martyr Jaafar Muhammad Saad Corniche, in conjunction with the anniversary of his martyrdom.

At the beginning of this year, the local authority, led by Governor Lamlas, began the work of the first phase, which witnessed fencing the Corniche and creating a sidewalk to protect the Corniche from the sea.

The second phase includes completing the Corniche works according to a creative design that confirms the implementation of the local authority’s strategic plan to rehabilitate and develop the breathing spaces in the capital, Aden, as it is the lung through which the people and all visitors and residents of Aden, as well as expatriates, breathe.”
