Six children were killed, and two others were injured, in a horrific traffic accident, today, in Al-Hasha District, Al-Dhalea Governorate.

According to local sources, the accident occurred in the Al-Heet area, affiliated with the Ataba subdistrict, when a car fell from a dangerous slope, with children on board, on their way to search for a living.

The sources explained that the car suffered a technical brake failure, which led to it falling from the top of the mountain, killing six children instantly, and injuring two others, who were taken to the hospital, and their condition is critical.

The people called on the concerned authorities and international organizations to intervene urgently to repair the Al-Heet Marwasa Road, which witnesses frequent traffic accidents due to its ruggedness and high altitude.
