In pictures: A new batch of Facilities Guard graduates coincides with the anniversary of Evacuation Day

Today, a new batch of the Facilities Guard Belt forces graduated, coinciding with our people’s celebrations of the 56th anniversary of the Evacuation Day, November 30.
The graduation ceremony was held at Al-Sulban Camp in the capital, Aden, in the presence of the Commander of the Facilities Guard Belt, Brigadier General Ahmed Mahdi bin Afif, and a number of non-commissioned officers.
Graduates from the eighth batch presented a solemn military presentation, which included a number of technical paragraphs to deal with those causing chaos and disrupting the security of government facilities and institutions.
In his speech during the ceremony, Brigadier General Bin Afif congratulated the Southern Political Leadership on the 56th anniversary of Evacuation Day, noting that it confirms that our people do not accept any form of occupation.
He also congratulated the graduates of the eighth batch, pointing out that they are the safety valve for establishing the foundations of security and stability in government facilities and institutions, and protecting state property from vandals.
Bin Afif stressed that the Facilities Guard Forces are committed to qualifying and training all their members under the supervision of the General Command of the Belt Forces, within the framework of building a security soldier, qualified and capable of protecting the country from aggressors.
In turn, the graduates confirmed their readiness to engage in the field of work, protect the institutions of the southern nation, and provide a suitable work environment for employees and citizens, thanking the efforts and interest of the General Command of the Belt Forces in training, qualifying, and building a strong security capable of defending the gains and property of the southern nation.
