The first death sentence was carried out in Taiz after a 9-year hiatus

The Public Prosecution in Taiz Governorate, this morning, implemented the first legal retaliation ruling against the convict Arkan Fouad, accused of a murder case, as the implementation of the ruling is considered the first since the outbreak of the war launched by the terrorist Houthi militia on Taiz Governorate at the end of March of the year 2015 AD
The ruling was implemented after the approval of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, may God protect him, who ratified the ruling on legal retaliation after the tireless efforts of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qahir Mustafa.
The ruling was implemented in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor of Appeal, Judge Muhammad Sultan, the Deputy Prosecutor of West Taiz, Judge Abdul Rahman Qasim, one of the judges of the West Taiz Court, the Director General of the Taiz Governorate Police, Brigadier General Mansour Al-Akhali, a number of military and security leaders, blood relatives, and a number of citizens.
The Public Prosecution confirmed that a number of judicial rulings and their approval are on their way back to implementation in the coming days.
