The security services in Lahj Governorate were able, today, Sunday, December 10, to arrest an accused of killing his niece, in the city of Sabr.

Tibn Police Director, Captain Abdul Karim Saeed Jahzar, said in a press statement that the security services received a report of a murder in the city of Sabr, and immediately moved to the crime site and took the necessary legal measures.

He explained that preliminary investigations indicate that the accused is called (A, H, S), a resident of the city of Sabar, and that he killed his niece, aged 28, due to family disputes, as he shot her in the head, and did not Attempts to help her succeed.

Jahzar confirmed that the security services were able to arrest the killer hours after committing the crime, and he will be referred to the competent judicial authorities to take the necessary legal measures against him.
