The security services in Abyan Governorate were able yesterday evening, Sunday, December 10, 2023 AD, to arrest the accused (H, S, Y) on charges of committing a murder in Aden Governorate.

The joint operation of the security services, including the Security Forces and the Security Belt, was able to arrest the accused, with follow-up by the field commander of the Rapid Intervention Forces, Abdulaziz Al-Shamsi, and under the direct supervision of the Director of Abyan Security, Brigadier General Ali Nasser Baazab.

The arrest of the accused by the M/Abyan Police came in implementation of the security circular and report issued by the Director General of the M/Aden Police No. (179) regarding the arrest of the so-called (H, S, R), who is wanted by the M/Aden Police in a case. The victim, Ashraf Abdul Raqeeb Nayef, was killed and the accused was subjected to a coercive arrest by the Northern Aden Primary Prosecution. The M/Abyan police will hand over the accused to the M/Aden police.

The security services in Abyan Governorate achieved continuous successes after arresting security and criminal wanted individuals linked to terrorist cells. In the context of establishing security in the governorate and pursuing wanted persons and perpetrators.
