In the presence of the Minister of Works, Engineer Moeen Al-Mas, signs maintenance projects in 3 governorates

This morning, Engineer Moeen Muhammad Al-Mas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the #Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund, the main center in the capital, Aden, in the presence of the Minister of Public Works and Roads, Engineer Salem Muhammad Al-Harizi, signed contracts for four maintenance and rehabilitation projects for several roads in the governorates of Aden, Abyan, and Lahj.
The signed projects target the maintenance of the Ras Murbat road in the Al-Tawahi District in the capital, Aden, which will be implemented by the Military Works Department, and the emergency intervention project road to repair flood damage on the eastern coastal road, the first section in Shakra Ahwar, implemented by the General Organization for Roads and Bridges, in addition to contracts for two maintenance projects in Lahj, namely the project to complete the construction of the Souq Al-Salam Road, the platform for celebrations for young Baous, and the emergency intervention project to rehabilitate the Al-Ar Al-Mahjib Road, the Al-Habilain-Al-Hadd Road, which will be implemented by the General Organization for Roads and Bridges, Lahj Branch..
At the beginning of the signing ceremony, His Excellency the Minister of Works delivered a speech praising the great efforts provided by the Road Maintenance Fund in the financing coverage provided for the targeted projects that were signed and the extent of their importance, indicating that the implementation of the projects in the specified governorates indicates keenness. The Fund’s leadership in the continuity of works and projects to reconstruct the national road network across the entire land area in the liberated governorates..
Engineer Moeen expressed the importance of continuing the Fund’s efforts to work in the interest of promoting sustainable development in all its forms, through cooperation with all authorities and stakeholders in the governorates, and the importance of the Ministry’s efforts in facilitating the development of the road and bridge sector.
The project contracts were signed by the Fund, represented by Engineer Moeen Al-Mass, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and by the entities implementing the projects, represented by the Military Works Department and Engineer Issam Busaili, Executive Director General of the General Organization for Roads and Bridges.
