As part of the conclusion of the project (You are strong, we are proud of you)... Hand in Hand implements an open day for women survivors in Aden

The Hand in Hand Foundation for Development, with funding from the Search for Common Ground organization, carried out an open day trip today - as part of the conclusion of the psychological support project (You are strong, we are proud of you) within the framework of “Involving women in national support” with the participation of a number of girls and women survivors from governorate districts. Aden during December 2023.
In the context of the entertaining open day that was held at the Farah Land Rest House in Bir Ahmed for female survivors, Ms. Warda Al-Sayyid - President of the Hand in Hand Foundation for Development, welcomed the girls and women survivors who were invited to the recreational day, which coincides with the end of the (16) day campaign against... Violence against women and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights..
Warda stressed that the importance of holding the entertaining open day that was held at Farah Land Rest House at the conclusion of the psychological support project (You are strong, we are proud of you) lies within the framework of “involving women in national support” with the aim of providing psychological support to them, their families and their children. She added that the entertainment day was presented to them with gifts and recreational activities included in a fragrant atmosphere and an active day of songs, music, playing and mutual conversation dominated by good discussion in order to get them out of the psychological state they feel and make them feel safe and integrated with those around them.
During the open day, Dr. Rania Khaled - Psychological Support Specialist, presented topics on overcoming problems positively and how to overcome traumas, in addition to learning about belief systems and methods for positive change.
It also touched on the conditions and suffering and how they are able to overcome them through their involvement with society for a balanced life in behavioral interaction, which is the first step to sustainability, which has an impact on their lives.
The women and girl survivors expressed their thanks to the Hand in Hand Foundation for Development and the Search for Common Ground organization for holding this entertaining open day and the gifts that were provided... appreciating the efforts made in implementing the sessions and training and looking at the category of survivors... praising the support specialist trainer. Psychological studies that benefited from the themes and concepts and applied them on the ground in their practical and scientific lives.
It is worth noting that the Hand in Hand Foundation cares about women from all segments and categories of society and stresses the importance of providing psychological, social and emotional support to women survivors, relieving them from suffering and assisting them in their involvement with society and obtaining their full rights in society.
