Al-Mualla Authority demands urgent solutions to the sewage overflow

The authority of Al-Mualla District appealed, in an urgent message, to Engineer Muhammad Bakhbira, Director of the Water and Sanitation Corporation in Aden, to quickly develop urgent solutions to the problem of the overflow of sewage water from the city of Al-Qaloua, Al-Tawahi District, in the streets of Al-Mualla District.
The Al-Mualla Authority explained that the cause of the problem lies in the inclines of the road linking Al-Qaloua and Jawlat Hajif (the entrance to Al-Mualla District).
The Mualla Authority confirmed that its previous efforts with the concerned authorities did not lead to a solution to the problem, as a previous meeting took place between the Director General of the Mualla District, Abdul Rahim Jawi, the Director General of the Tawahi District, and the Corporation’s Deputy for Sanitation Affairs, but all efforts did not lead to work. Tangible.
The Al-Mualla Authority concluded its message with the hope that the local authority in Al-Tawahi District and the General Corporation for Water and Sanitation will take urgent steps to solve the problem radically, stressing that it will continue to follow up until the sewage overflow ends.
The overflow of sewage water at the time of pumping water to the city of Al-Qalou’a caused great suffering to the residents of the neighborhoods mentioned in the message, as well as to passers-by, threatening the spread of diseases as a result of the overflow resulting from the flow from Al-Qalou’a to neighborhoods in Al-Mualla District.
