The Higher Judicial Institute discusses the draft academic calendar and study materials for the new year

The Dean of the Higher Judicial Institute, Judge Dr. Nidal Sheikh Obaid, chaired the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute in the temporary capital, Aden.
The Council discussed on its agenda a number of topics, the most important of which were the final preparations for the start of the academic year 2023/2024 for the batch (24) of postgraduate specialized studies. The draft academic calendar for the first academic year for the batch (24) was also discussed.
Judge Obaid indicated that the stages of study include theoretical and practical study, field and applied training in prosecutors and courts, and the subsequent discussion of scientific research, adding that the evaluation project includes setting the date for written and oral exams.
The meeting discussed the draft prescribed subjects and their vocabulary for first-year students, and they were approved, taking amendments thereto and submitting them to the Institute Council. The meeting had begun by reading and approving the previous minutes.
