Local sources in the capital, Sana’a, confirmed that the Houthi militias, on Tuesday evening, launched new mobilization campaigns starting from the “Al-Wahda Directorate” in the capital’s secretariat, taking advantage of the announcement of the formation of an international coalition to protect navigation in the Red Sea by the United States. It was reported that the Houthis have begun a new phase of exploiting international events to carry out financial collection campaigns and mobilize fighters under the pretext of supporting the Palestinian people, as the official of what is called the steadfastness program in their group, Qasim Al-Hamran, launched the mobilization campaign from the Al-Wahda Directorate in the capital secretariat. To include all areas of their control, under the pretext of confronting the new coalition and supporting Gaza.
She indicated that the Houthis called on their leaders, supervisors, sheikhs, neighborhood chiefs, and so-called community committees to carry out campaigns to collect money and weapons, in addition to implementing broad mobilization campaigns, and opening training camps alongside existing ones to train them, before sending them to the fighting fronts in Marib and Taiz. And Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, Lahj, the Western Coast, and Hajjah, in support of Palestine.
