An act of sabotage takes the Internet out of service in Hadramaut

The fiber optic cable in Hadhramaut was cut, which exacerbated the Internet crisis in the governorate.
Engineer Omar Simikan said on his Facebook page: “A fiber cable - located between Saihut and Qishn - was cut, which led to poor Internet service in Hadramaut.”
On the 12th of this month, a fiber cable in Abyan Governorate (southern Yemen) was cut, which led to “Aden Net” in Hadhramout being out of service.
Fiber optic cables are always exposed to acts of sabotage in the eastern governorates of Yemen, which causes the Internet service to be interrupted or weakened.
