The Ministry of Oil visits Aden refineries and petroleum derivatives filling facilities and confirms interest in restarting operation and development

Today, the leadership of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals conducted an inspection visit to the Aden Refineries Company and the Al-Buraiqa oil derivatives filling facilities.
During the visit, the Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mr. Talal bin Haidara, the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, Mr. Yousef Ahmed Musaed, and the Director General of the Yemen Oil and Gas Corporation, Mr. Muhammad Awad Thabet, were briefed on the progress of work in the refineries and the filling of petroleum derivatives.
The Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mr. Talal bin Haidara, confirmed the interest of His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Saeed Suleiman Al-Shammasi, in restarting the Aden refineries and developing oil derivatives filling facilities.
The Ministry's leadership praised the efforts made by the leadership of Aden Refineries and the Yemeni Oil Company, and stressed the need to redouble efforts to restart the refineries and develop facilities for filling petroleum derivatives.
The Ministry's leadership was accompanied during the visit by the Director General of Public and External Relations, Raed Younis, and the Director of the Office of the Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Abdulaziz Ras.
