Tribal gunmen gathering in the vicinity of the Safer oil facility in Ma’rib Governorate issued a statement in which they threatened to target the Safer facility and demanded that all its workers evacuate and gave them 48 hours to evacuate it.
This warning came  following the failure of mediation efforts between the local authorities and the rejecting tribes. To implement a new dose in fuel prices in Marib Governorate.
The tribes issued a statement in this regard, which stated:

After reviewing the results of the mediation commissioned by the authorities in Ma’rib to remove the conflicts in Marib without achieving any of our legitimate demands, which is to drop the deadly dose for the Yemeni people, a group of figures were sent this evening, Sunday, by the leadership of the authority in Ma’rib to the conflicts of Ma’rib. For the first time since its founding on 12/18/2023, their leader was Sheikh Mabkhout bin Ali Al-Arada, and after giving and taking with them, it became clear that they did not have any solutions except that they asked us to raise the proposal, and after raising it, a committee would be formed to research the issue of the dose, and at the end of the meeting some of them spoke that they They reached a dead end with the authorities regarding dropping the dose, and we are committed to the pledge that we made to ourselves that we will not return
until we drop this unjust dose unconditionally and out of loyalty to our honorable martyrs who died in the treacherous incident that was the targeting of... Ma'rib airports by unmanned aerial vehicle, and after we gave the authority sufficient time to remedy the situation before it was too late, as well as being patient with its attacks and provocations at Ma'rib and its attempt to blow up the situation from the beginning, as we adhered to the utmost levels of restraint, but to no avail, those gathered at Ma'rib airports decided to drop the dose as follows:

1- All merchants and contractors whose property (such as sheds, equipment, shops, laboratories, etc.) are located near the Safer facility and the Sebiu Central Assembly Unit) must vacate the place and move their property to the vicinity of Camp Rawdan on the western side within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of issuance of this statement and from Whoever violates this will bear responsibility for himself and his property.

2 - All workers at the above-mentioned Safer facility must leave the facility, stop it, and return to their homes or any other place away from the facility within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of issuance of this statement. Anyone who violates this will bear responsibility

3 - We call on all citizens living near the facility or passersby to stay away from the facility at least 20 kilometers to the western side and not to risk their lives after the expiry of the period specified above. Whoever violates this should bear responsibility for himself.
