A warning to fishermen about the high waves around the Socotra Archipelago and Bab al-Mandab

The Meteorological Center expected minimum temperatures to decrease by two degrees Celsius, with relatively cold conditions on the highlands of the governorates of Al Dhalea, Ibb, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, and the Hadhramaut Plateau.
Active to strong winds are blowing, ranging in speed from 20 to 28 knots, around the Socotra Archipelago, the western coast, and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, amid warnings to seafarers and fishermen of rising waves.
The center called on citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients, workers during the night and early morning, and travelers, to take the necessary precautions against the cold weather.
