The security services in Shabwa Governorate were able, today in the city of Ataq, to ​​arrest a suspect in a murder case in the Markha Al-Salafi District.

An official security source in the Shabwa Governorate Police explained, “Today, the security services in the governorate were able to arrest the accused (M, S, M), who is 23 years old, from the Lower Markha District.”

The source indicated that the accused killed two of his cousins ​​in the Lower Markha District, in the Al-Ilah region, in mid-August, and he was arrested this morning in the city of Ataq, following investigations and joint coordination between the search and the security services in the governorate.

The source confirmed that the security forces opened an investigation report into the crime to investigate the accused, and as soon as the procedures are completed, he will be transferred to the prosecution so that the perpetrator will receive the penalty he deserves for the crime committed.
