The Endowments announces the results of the evaluation of the facilities participating in the delegation of our country’s pilgrims for the last season 1444 AH

The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance - Hajj and Umrah Sector - in the capital, Aden, announced today the results of the evaluation of the facilities approved for transporting our country's pilgrims for the last season 1444 AH, in which 247 facilities competed nationwide.
The Ministry confirmed that the comprehensive evaluation process to which the facilities participating in the pilgrims were subjected last season was carried out in accordance with the specified standards for the services provided to the Guests of God from the first stage of registering the honorable pilgrim through his means of transportation, then his place of residence in the Holy Lands until his return to his governorate and village.
The results of the evaluation were in five levels, starting with the highest rated level, numbering [10] establishments, then the high level, numbering [11] establishments, then the medium level, numbering [107] establishments, then the low level, numbering [84] establishments, and finally the weak level, numbering [ 32] facility.
The Ministry indicated that it is in the process of honoring the accredited establishments that received the highest rating in performance, and that it will also open the door to grievances for establishments that received less than 70 degrees for a week from the date of this announcement.
