Establishing the second residential association for school book printing press employees in Aden

The founding meeting of the Second Housing Association for male and female employees and workers of the General Corporation for School Book Printing Press was held this Tuesday morning in the capital, Aden, in the presence of the President of the General Federation of Housing Cooperative Societies, Jabal Radfan, and the Social Affairs Representative, Qahtan Abdullah.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Walid Muhammad Khamis, Director General of the Corporation’s branch in Aden, welcomed him, hoping that the meeting would be crowned with success for what serves and benefits employees and workers.
In addition, Jabal Radfan, President of the Federation of Housing Cooperative Societies, expressed the establishment of the second housing association, explaining that it will be established within the legal framework of the Housing Associations Law approved by the Office of Social Affairs and Labor.
He expressed his hope that work would be done collectively among the members of the association, and stressed that the Federation of Housing Cooperative Societies will stand by the elected association and will spare no effort in providing assistance to it.
After discussions, the members of the association agreed that the election would be carried out by acclamation, and after the approval of the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, the following were elected:
* Mayad Ahmed Salem Muhammad, President
* Saddam Abdul Wahed Abdullah, Secretary-General
* Mamdouh Qasim Al-Majidi, financial officer
* Raed Abdo Ahmed, member
* Adeeb Muhammad bin Muhammad Mahyoub, member
A monitoring and inspection committee was also elected, consisting of the following:
* Hamed Muhammad Muqbil, President
* Yasser Ahmed Abdo Muhammad, Vice President
* Walid Muhammad Saeed, rapporteur
The members of the association expressed their thanks and appreciation to the attendees, stressing their determination to work to achieve the goals for which the association was established.
