Kabuta police arrested an accused of assaulting a young man and photographing him while he was assaulting him in a brutal, hideous and inhumane manner in Mansoura District.

The Kabuta Police Director indicated that immediately upon receipt of the report, a number of search and investigation men moved to arrest the accused in the incident of brutal assault on a citizen after tying him up, adding that such criminal actions should not be allowed under any pretext, as the security services and judicial authorities are responsible for arresting and punishing everyone who Commits a felony.

He confirmed that the police are conducting research and tracking to arrest the rest of the fleeing defendants in order to transfer them to criminal investigation after opening an investigation report into the crime of assault, indicating that investigation procedures are being completed to transfer the case file to the Public Prosecution and the competent authorities.
